Had my homeowners cancellation notice come in after two homeowners claims in 15 years. I called Jim's office, the President of WT Jones and explained the situation. I was told I would get a call back and never did-my homeowners was cancelled. Had my car insurance there previously too, but moved onto another insurance agent. I would not recommend this agent, he was personable initially, but poor followup causing me to lose my Homeowner's coverage. Instead, as my agent, he should have went to underwriting on my behalf and tried to resolve this-that is the normal course of action, but I did not even get the courtesy of the promised call back. Even if there is a CLAIM by WT Jones that they didn't get the message, they also received the Notice of Non-renewal and should have reach out to me on their own volition.
These guys really go above and beyond to get you the best rate. They really look out for you. Highly recommend
